Her husband, Brad Simpson, refused to cooperate with authorities when she went missing and was arrested three days after her disappearance on charges of prohibited weapons, evidence tampering, unlawful restraint and bodily injury to a family member. The wealthy real estate investor has officially been charged with her murder. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner has the latest in the case.
