as posted by the channelJemma Allen, 41, is out on a $100,000 bond after police in St. Clair, Missouri said she was caught on a bank’s surveillance cameras hitting one of their workers with her car. The worker reportedly told Allen the drive-thru was temporarily closed while he hung Christmas lights. Allen allegedly fled the scene after the victim went flying off the hood.
