James Edwards Hicks and Terri Jo Williams were roommates in Pensacola, often disagreeing about various living situations. The ongoing feud led the 65-year-old woman to issue an eviction notice to Hicks. Williams’ body was found lying inside a shallow water decoration in the front yard. Law&Crime Investigates the mysterious death of Terri Jo Williams.
