According to the Westerville Police Department, Mary Higgins, 36, was on the phone with dispatchers and a Walmart manager was on the phone with dispatchers to report the suspect at the same time. When one officer arrived and asked Mary what she needed help with she can be seen on body camera footage saying, "You’re gonna play that?" before a scuffle broke out between the two. A bystander allegedly intervened by yelling at officers before he was subsequently arrested for having an active arrest warrant. Watch the incident unfold on this episode of Law&Crime BodyCam.
