An elementary school teacher who was named “teacher of the year” has admitted to sexually assaulting two boys who were her students. Jacqueline Ma taught 5th and 6th grade in National City, California — just south of San Diego. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down her plea agreement and what’s ahead at her sentencing.
