TikToker Ladarius "Deno" Brownlee pleaded guilty to shooting his star girlfriend, Seyeddah "Zahra" Hashemi, in July of 2024. Brownlee claimed the shooting was accidental and his gun randomly discharged, injuring Hashemi, but investigators say Hashemi was shot while the two were engaged in a heated argument. The couple racked up over 150,000 followers on TikTok. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner explains the case and what’s next for Brownlee.
