The high-powered defense team for Sean “Diddy” Combs is demanding that the prosecution hand over information about what they plan to claim at Combs' upcoming trial, as well as witnesses they plan to call. This comes as the defense also presents arguments to dismiss one of the counts against the disgraced music mogul, claiming the statute is “racist.” Combs is scheduled for trial in May.
