as posted by the channelZayla Goodwin and her boyfriend Nathaniel Davis are facing upgraded charges of manslaughter and murder following the death of Goodwin’s 22-month-old daughter Zamora. Goodwin told investigators that Zamora had fallen in the bathtub while under Davis’s supervision. But prosecutors say Zamora not only had multiple broken bones and a brain bleed, but had also been sexually violated. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber found out details on the horrific case and discussed them with criminal defense attorney Kathleen Bogenschutz.
