YouTube Description
as posted by the channelLinda Stermer is getting another trial after being found guilty of killing her husband in Michigan in 2007. Linda has been accused of beating her husband, Todd Stermer, setting him and their home on fire, and then running him over with the family van. Linda was sentenced to life in prison in 2018 but was able to walk free after a federal judge granted an order that “places burden of proof on those detaining a person to justify the detention," and ordered Linda Stermer’s release on a $10,000 bond. In her new trial, the Court of Appeals ruled the court would allow testimony from a fire investigator and a former cellmate
