Florida man Andrew Mustapick was caught on video allegedly attempting to hire a hitman—who was actually an undercover officer—to kill a woman he is accused of sexually abusing as a minor and forcing into a “sex slave” contract. Despite agreeing to a plea deal in that 2021 case, he allegedly offered tens of thousands of dollars to have the victim killed or silenced, and was later filmed discarding electronics in a river, which police say was an effort to destroy evidence.
