22:48Now PlayingValerie Zamora, a Minnesota mother, has been charged with second-degree murder following the death of her 20-month-old son, Jose, who was found to have extensive bruising and injuries consistent with blunt force trauma. Despite Jose being severely ill, witnesses say Zamora delayed taking him to the hospital, even stopping at a Walmart before seeking medical help, by which time it was too late and the toddler died shortly after arriving at the ER.
