Barry Morphew, once cleared of charges, is now facing a second murder indictment in the death of his wife, Suzanne Morphew, who vanished on Mother’s Day in 2020. Colorado prosecutors now say they have a crucial piece of new evidence — Suzanne’s recently discovered remains, which contained a rare sedative (BAM) only Barry had legal access to as a former deer farmer. Investigators also cite deleted texts, surveillance inconsistencies, suspicious phone and vehicle data, and a tranquilizer cap in the dryer — all pointing to an alleged premeditated killing.
