as posted by the channel

Seven-year-old Hershall Creachbaum, a non-verbal autistic boy who used a wheelchair, was reported missing by his mother’s boyfriend, but police later discovered his remains near railroad tracks and began a homicide investigation. His mother, Ashley Johnson, allegedly admitted her son had died weeks earlier while she was in the hospital and that her boyfriend, Michael Kendrick, was responsible for his death and the disturbing disposal of his body. Both are now in custody. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Miller has the story.
