24:34Now PlayingA Wyoming fire chief, Darrick Mittlestadt, and his wife Angela have been arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse and conspiracy after allegedly starving and imprisoning their 13-year-old adopted son, who weighed just 55 pounds. Authorities say the boy was locked in his room, given only one small meal a day, and showed severe signs of long-term malnourishment and neglect. While the teen is now safe and recovering in the hospital, both parents are behind bars as the investigation into this disturbing case continues.
