The operator of a boat carrying at least 10 people when it drove into a group of swimmers at Harris Lake in Chatham County, North Carolina is behind bars. Police say Quinten Kight, 40, who already has a prior DUI conviction, was looking toward the rear of the boat when he hit the group, killing a 10-year-old girl and severely wounding an adult. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber discusses the horrifying case with Tom Smith, a retired NYPD detective and co-host of the Gold Shields Show.
