Police say Snelling admitted to concealing the birth and cleaning up the scene, while newly released court documents reveal conflicting statements about whether the baby was born alive. Snelling, who is out on bond and under house arrest, faces charges of abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, and concealing the birth of an infant, as a grand jury now weighs possible additional charges.
