Investigators allege the real evidence was on her own phone: Snapchat videos recorded just hours before the baby’s death showing her intoxicated while the infant cried in the background, along with a subtle but chilling detail at the scene — a picture frame that appeared straight in the videos but crooked when police arrived. An autopsy later ruled the 5-week-old’s death a homicide caused by blunt force trauma. Now, Chiveral is charged with first-degree murder and multiple counts of child abuse.
