A second arrest is made in the case surrounding Kylie Toberman, a 14-year-old Illinois cheerleader who was found murdered in an RV behind her own home. Investigators say Kylie’s adoptive brother, Arnold Rivera, allegedly strangled her to death with jumper cables. After a search warrant was executed on the property, Kylie’s adoptive mother, Donna Toberman, was also charged. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie takes us through the twisted case, sitting down with retired Illinois detective commander, Will Svilar, and hearing what Kylie’s family calls “the real story.”
