An 11-month-old boy named Harvey Mucklebust died after being found unresponsive at a Minnesota daycare, and police say his death was no accident. Investigators determined that an 18-year-old daycare employee, Thea Russell, was the common link in multiple incidents involving infants who stopped breathing and later confessed to intentionally suffocating children in an alleged attention-seeking act. Russell was arrested and charged with Harvey’s murder, while the daycare’s license was suspended. Law&Crime’s Chris Stewart is On the Case.
