Police bodycam captures officers confronting Katie Austin Lee moments after she fatally stabbed her son, as she’s found holding a knife and later taken to the hospital. In a tearful interrogation, Lee claims she drugged and killed him because he didn’t want to turn 18, insisting it was his wish, but admits the plan spiraled into a violent struggle. Prosecutors used her own statements against her, ultimately leading to her guilty plea for second-degree murder and a sentence of 60 to 90 years in prison. Law&Crime’s Chris Stewart is On the Case.
