as posted by the channel

19-year-old Danielle Nemetz was shot in the back of the head inside her Lakewood, Washington apartment on October 16, 2014, and her husband, Army Specialist Skylar Nemetz, claimed it was a tragic accident while clearing an AR-15. But as detectives pressed him through a lengthy interrogation, his story changed repeatedly, and prosecutors argued he killed Danielle in a jealous rage after learning another man had stayed over while he was away on training. The jury rejected the first-degree murder charge but convicted Nemetz of first-degree manslaughter, and the judge sentenced him to the maximum of 13 and a half years in prison.
