A DoorDash driver went viral after claiming she was sexually assaulted during a delivery, saying she was deactivated by DoorDash and ignored by police while trying to seek justice online. But investigators in Oswego County say the man at the center of her allegation was not a predator, but an incapacitated customer who was unconscious due to alcohol. Now, police allege she recorded and posted video of him inside his home without consent, leading to felony charges for unlawful surveillance and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image.
