But investigators in Oswego County say the man at the center of her allegation was not a predator, but an incapacitated customer who was unconscious due to alcohol. Now, police allege she recorded and posted video of him inside his home without consent, leading to felony charges for unlawful surveillance and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image.
