Police took Becki Miranda, 46, into custody after she was allegedly seen crossing over double yellow lines while driving, according to the Lake Forest Police Department. The 46-year-old can be seen on body camera video repeatedly telling the officers they were being “Inappropriate” and becoming increasingly emotional.
