Winder Police said Amy Baxter, 32, called 911 multiple times to report the assault but continually hung up when asked for information. Police tracked her down at a hotel that she had been allegedly given a courtesy ride to by officers earlier due to her level of intoxication. Staff told police she caused a scene in the lobby even pointing to a guest who had just arrived to check in to the hotel accusing him of being the attacker.
