Officers say Starr was belligerent and refused field sobriety and breath testing, leading to a struggle and her arrest. Her boyfriend Anthony Judice and his brother Rocco Giannotti were initially evasive as police tried to piece together what happened. Investigators later found alcohol in Starr’s car, and she was charged with DWI, refusal, reckless and careless driving, and open container.
