The Border Patrol agent stands accused of stabbing 28-year-old Grizelda Hernandez and her son to death before leaving their bodies in a remote wooded area. Burgos-Aviles could face the death penalty if convicted of the killings. Burgos-Aviles was found guilty on both counts Thursday. The judge said the sentencing phase will last five to seven days.
