The hospital, in turn, accused Koswalski’s parents of abuse and removed their daughter from their home. This chain of events led to Beata Kowalski taking her own life. The Kowalski family is seeking justice by suing John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital for $200 million due to their actions, which they claim influenced Beata Kowalski's death.
