as posted by the channel

Ivan “Sam” Brammer, 62, is accused of murdering his former girlfriend, Ilene Gowan, 60 and leaving her to die in a frozen ditch. Brammer was originally charged with abuse of a corpse and second-degree theft in May for the February 2023 crime, but after further investigation, Iowa investigators arrested him for second-degree murder in August. Investigators believe Brammer and Gowan had a toxic, alcohol-infused relationship. A forensic pathologist said Gowan was strangled to death.
