During the state’s opening statement, the prosecutor in the bar fight murder trial said John DeLee wanted to fight the night he allegedly killed Timothy Pouliot. DeLee was caught on cell phone video shooting Pouliot — hitting him nine times — after the two argued several times inside a Manchester, New Hampshire bar earlier this year. "He demanded a fight," the prosecutor said. "He wasn't leaving that night until he got it."
