Payne is accused of murdering Kenneth Herring when she confronted him after a hit-and-run crash in Georgia back in May 2019. During her testimony, Payne testified that she never pulled the trigger and that her gun fired during an altercation with Herring. The 25-year-old faces several charges including felony murder and malice murder.
