1:16:34Now PlayingClosing statements were presented Friday afternoon in the trial of Jennifer Crumbley, the mother of the Oxford school shooter. Prosecutor Karen McDonald delivered an emotional argument to jurors following seven days of trial. Crumbley is being charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter after her son, Ethan Crumbley, killed four of his classmates and injured several other people in the 2021 Oxford High School shooting. The prosecutor stated Ethan was “practicing to kill”, and that the defendant often bragged on social media about gifting her son a gun. Jennifer and her husband both face up to life behind bars if convicted.
