He revealed his concerns about the armorer, Hannah Gutierrez, prior to the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Addiego stated that during the few weeks of filming, there was only one safety meeting where the firearm on set was discussed. If convicted, Gutierrez could face up to 18 months in prison.
