Medical examiner Heather Jarrell took the stand to explain the gruesome injuries and wounds inflicted on Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer of "Rust." While the images of Hutchins' autopsy were shown to the court, armorer Hannah Gutierrez was seen looking away, visibly upset at the images of the inflicted gunshot wounds. If convicted, Gutierrez faces up to 18 months in prison.
