8:20Now PlayingThe former Clark County public administrator accused of killing Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German appeared in court Wednesday. Robert Telles — who is representing himself — told a judge he is ready for the trial against him to begin while the state requested more time to prepare. German was stabbed to death outside of his home in 2022. Investigators believe Telles killed German due to previous and ongoing investigations that German was bringing to light in his journal publications.
