When being questioned by her attorney Mike Whalen, she says she previously lied about details in the shooting of her 5-year-old daughter, Destiny Oliver. Throughout the investigation, Howington has placed blame on many different people, including her 2-year-old son, Gavin. Howington claims she then blamed the incident on Destiny’s father, Antoine Oliver, because she “didn’t want Gavin to live with the fact that he shot his sister for the rest of his life.”
