Nicolae Miu, 54, allegedly committed the slaying following an argument on the river, saying the group was verbally attacking him. The 17-year-old victim, Isaac Schuman was killed and 24-year-old Rhyley Mattison suffered severe stab wounds. Miu is facing multiple charges , and claims he acted in self-defense.
