David Gregor, Christopher’s father, admitted that despite seeing bruises on Corey Micciolo before his death, he didn’t tell investigators about it when he was questioned after his death. David also said he didn’t think to tell them about Corey tripping on a treadmill either. Christopher is currently on trial for Corey’s death. Investigators believe Corey died from injuries sustained from being forced to run on a treadmill.
