During cross-examination of Commonwealth witness Jennifer McCabe, both McCabe and one of Karen Read’s defense attorneys battled over the alleged murder crime scene and google searches. McCabe told the defense that they were “spinning things” while the defense attorney assured jurors and McCabe that the judge makes sure he doesn’t spin things. Read is currently on trial for the murder of her then boyfriend, John O’Keefe.
