Lil Woody, real name is Kenneth Copeland, wanted to waive his Fifth Amendment right by refusing to testify on Friday morning but was later told he had to testify. The state also revealed that if Copeland did not testify, he could be held in contempt. Copeland eventually gave in and agreed to testify.
