Johnson states that multiple witnesses said they saw Baldwin’s finger on the trigger of the gun and he wasn't practicing gun safety numerous times on set. Baldwin denies pulling the trigger.

Famed actor and movie producer Alec Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins died on Baldwin’s “Rust” movie set. Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for Hutchins’ death. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
