Baldwin was spotted hugging his wife and whispering with her in the gallery before several lawyers packed up their things and left the courtroom. The judge then suddenly dismissed the court asking the state and defense to break for two hours.

Famed actor and movie producer Alec Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins died on Baldwin’s “Rust” movie set. Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for Hutchins’ death. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
