Richins’ former attorneys filed the motion claiming the prosecutors had listened to privileged communication between Richins and her attorneys. Judge Richard Mzarik said there was no evidence of the accusations. Richins is currently awaiting trial for the murder of her husband, Eric Richins, in which she allegedly poisoned a Moscow Mule with five times the lethal dose of fentanyl.
