Shanna Gardner and Mario Fernandez-Saldana allegedly conspired to hire a hitman to kill Bridegan, Gardner's ex-husband and father to her children. Authorities allege Saldana hired Henry Tenon to gun down Bridegan, leaving custody of the kids to Gardner. Tenon pleaded guilty to second-degree murder after giving a full confession and agreeing to testify against the couple. Gardner and Saldana maintain their innocence ahead of trial.
