A week later, detectives found the boy's body in a dumpster at the Azalea Mobile Home Park, where Simon and her son lived, and discovered more remains at a local landfill. Simon was charged with malice murder, concealing the death of a person, making false statements, and false reporting. If convicted, she could face life in prison
