A neighbor of Jason Chen took the stand on Tuesday evening. The neighbor testified he saw Chen on November 22, 2022, the last time his girlfriend Jasmine Pace was last seen. Doorbell footage showed him around the time he fatally stabbed her.

Jason Chen is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Jasmine Pace, stabbing her about 60 times. Chen was indicted by a grand jury on first-degree murder and abuse of a corpse charges. Pace’s body was found in a suitcase off a rural road in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The 22-year-old was last seen on November 22, 2022 — the suitcase with her body stuffed inside was found on December 1.
