One of the neighbors who lived on the same street as Christina Parcell saw a man in all black riding a bike around the time of the murder. She explained she can see the main road where Parcell lived from her home while she typically sits and drinks her morning coffee. The neighbor testified that she saw a tall and skinny white man who was dressed in all black riding a bike on the street on the day of the murder. She described the man has having red sandy colored hair. She later identified the defendant, Zachary Hughes, as the man riding that bike.
