9:38Now PlayingOn Friday, the judge sentenced Ellen Gilland for the 2023 killing of her husband, Jerry Gilland. She was sentenced to 366 days at the Department of Corrections with a 42 day credit served followed by 12 years of probation. Gilland will also have to do community service, write apology letters to those she impacted by this incident, and undergo a mental evaluation.
