8:57Now PlayingOn Monday, Blake Linkous was sentenced for his crime against his ex-girlfriend in South Carolina in 2023. Before his sentence was read by the judge, the victim’s father took to the stand and was emotional recalling memories with his daughter and what they went thorough at the time of her death. He said Linkous wrapped “his greasy, cowardly hands around her neck and strangled the life out of her.” He asked the judge to sentence Linkous to the amount of time she saw fit for taking his daughters life.
