as posted by the channel

On Wednesday, Christopher Austin, one of the men who took Fabio Sementilli’s life in January 2017, took the stand for cross examination. The defense argued that Austin did not mention Fabio’s wife Monica was involved in the murder during the first few interviews with police. They say Monica Sementilli’s name was only mentioned because he wanted to make a deal for himself. Austin maintains he did this because he wanted to finally tell the truth.
