YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

On Monday, Corey Farell, a detective for LAPD took the stand once again. While he was on the stand, the defense attorney made it known that accused killer, Christopher Austin, did not know the name Monica Sementilli at the time of his arrest and that it was the District Attorney and an undercover agent that used the name Monica. After officers showed him a picture of Monica, Austin said he did not know that lady or recognize her. The defense is arguing that Austin only assumed that Rob Baker and Monica Sementilli were in contact at the time of the murder and that she was giving him a timeline of when the victim was alone.
